Addressing Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders, Treatment Improvement Protocol (TIP) #58

The SAMHSA FASD Center for Excellence in partnership with MOFAS will host a free Webinar on September 9, 2014 for the 15th annual International FASD Awareness Day. This Webinar will provide an overview of SAMHSA's new landmark publication Addressing Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders, #58 in the Treatment Improvement Protocol (TIP) series, and the first TIP to directly address FASD prevention and intervention. This Webinar will provide:

  • An overview of the TIP series and the TIP development process;
  • The specific content of TIP 58 (including the 'basics' of FASD); and
  • Guidance on how to utilize the TIP as a staff development tool in various settings.
